For 2013, we have arranged two events in Northumberland so far. In April 2013 we will be visiting Belsay Castle for a weekend to celebrate Saint-George's day. At the end of May we will set up camp in Warkworth Castle for the Spring Bank Holiday weekend. More details to follow soon.

In 2012 the main event for the Levy was a series of three events at for English Heritage at Rievaulx Abbey in North Yorkshire celebrating aspects of the Medieval Year. The first event in May looked at birth, renewal and the planting of crops. The second in June looked at marriages and celebration with the peparation of a feast in the company of The Gloucester Household, a reenactment group from the south of England. The final event focused on the harvest and death with very convincing corpse joining the group for the weekend. Also joining the group that weekend was our new resident priest Robert Whitehouse who looked after our spiritual needs throughout the event. Photographs from the weekend can be seen in our gallery section.

We also attended a large reenactment event at Harewood house where we joined several hundred other reenactors covering the whole of medieval history stretching back to Viking times.
